User Experience - Purchases and Credits Usage

I bought as a test 1k credits. I Did not receive any confirmation email, order id. That would be very important for me (example: a billing support request).

When Using the credits also there’s no summary of how credits i have used and how (backlinks, kw research) in a certain amount of time.
